How much does it cost? How much does a customized site cost?

Service, including implementation, training and support is based on a monthly subscription fee per user. Customizations vary depending upon the degree of changes to the base product. Our consultants will discuss with you if a custom site is necessary or whether we can tailor a process within the base system that will satisfy your individual needs.

Why would I need to customize constructionpoints?

Most companies find that the base product more than covers their SFA/CRM requirements. However, if you require a custom report, specialized opportunity or quote management features, custom exports to Seibel or Oracle, or any other requirement we can work with you to integrate additional functionality.

Can I integrate constructionpoints with my current CRM?

Yes, Ingenium has successfully integrated with Salesforce.com, SAP, Siebel, PeopleSoft and other CRM systems.

Can I send emails from constructionpoints?

Constructionpoints has a unique task management functionality that allows you to relate a task to a company and/or a project and have it stored within the site as well as sending an automated email to the task recipient.

Support

Is it difficult to use?

Most subscribers find the one hour overview training session sufficient for familiarizing themselves with the site and are then confident in using the major functionality. Some users find the site straightforward enough to forgo training. Ingenium support representatives are always available to answer any questions and introduce additional features specific to your requirements.

Will I get training?

Unlimited training is included with your monthly subscription. Ingenium offers daily overview sessions to introduce subscribers to the base product. You may join a session at any time, and join as often as you’d like. We also offer advanced drop-in sessions which cover additional functionality to fine tune your process. Companies with more than 10 subscribers are offered company specific sessions.

Where is the data stored?

All data is stored on Ingenium servers. This makes it globally available to all members of your sales force, no matter what location they sign in from. Information is automatically distributed to each client as Ingenium receives it.

What is your server capacity?

Ingenium is committed to maintaining high performance, and regularly adds more capacity to meet the growth of the subscription base.

What are your historic performance levels? Any down-time?

Constructionpoints is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Availability is over 99 percent.

Data

Can I buy construction project data from Ingenium?

No. Data must be purchased from a data supplier, such as McGraw-Hill Construction.

How does the project data get into the system?

Ingenium receives a daily data feed from your chosen data supplier and updates your site accordingly.

What happens to my third party data and my personal notes if I cancel?

Third party data is dealt with in accordance with your agreement with the supplier of that data. All private data belongs to you. Should you choose to cancel, Ingenium can export your third party and private data and email you the files. We then delete any record of it from our databases.
